Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, we aim to make the process as straight forward as possible.
Referring to the following information can help us help you when an item you've ordered from Aqua Cure is not what you expected, or is faulty / damaged.

Arranging a return
To arrange a return please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 01704 516916 with your order number and details of the item to be returned.
Please note: We do not accept returns on made to order, bespoke or non-stock items. Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a restocking charge.
Getting your item back to us
If you wish to return an item after it has been delivered and the costs of return are deemed to be your responsibility, any of the following methods can be used:
RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE
You can return any item you no longer require to Aqua Cure Limited, Aqua Cure House, 16-18 Hall Street, Southport, Merseyside PR9 0SE but please contact us before returning any goods.
RETURNS VIA COURIER
To arrange for an item to be collected please e-mail email@example.com or telephone us on 01704 516916 with your order number and details of the item to be returned.
We will arrange for the collection of the item by our nominated carrier. Please note the cost of collection is payable by you and is equal to our charges for standard delivery, see https://www.aquacure.co.uk/delivery
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that a delivered item is faulty, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
Some items require specific site and usage conditions for optimum performance and may not be deemed faulty until we have received the item back for inspection and testing. If a replacement item is required before we have inspected and tested the delivered item, then the replacement item is chargeable.
If the item is damaged by our nominated carrier, please sign for the item as damaged and inform us within 5 working days. If the item damaged by our nominated carrier and signed for in good condition, please inform us on the same day the item is received.
