  • How do i place an order?

  • Do I need to be a Trade Customer to order from you?

    We are predominantly a wholesaler so we are geared up to offer a range and service best suited to trade customers.

    You may still purchase if you are a non-trade customer however this will be at retail prices and you won't be able to access the same competitive terms and pricing enjoyed by our trade customers.

    If you are in the trade and not yet registered with us as a preferred trade customer, apply here for a trade account to ensure you benefit from the best terms and pricing.

  • Do you have a minimum order value?

    There is no minimum order value.

    For our registered trade customers there is a graded pricing structure with price breaks for larger quantities.

  • Can you supply outside the UK?

    Yes, we can deliver outside the UK and even outside the EU. Delivery costs are dependent on the weight and dimensions of your order so please phone 01704 516916 for details.

    We can also send palletised goods on international deliveries. Costs vary so please contact us to arrange this.

    We can accept payment in Euros or US Dollars by arrangement - again please contact us for details.

  • How can I make payment?

    Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card via our secure payment processing partner SagePay. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Switch/Maestro.

    Trade Customers may apply for a credit account subject to status and credit checks.

  • What are the delivery options / charges?

    In stock items ordered before 15.30 for delivery to a UK mainland address will be shipped the same day.

    For orders up to £50 ex. VAT, as standard items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class with 1st Class and next working day services available at extra cost.

    For orders over £50 ex. VAT, as standard items (excluding bulk palletised consignments) are sent by a next working day service.

    Premium timed services for pre noon, pre 10.30am, pre 9.00am and Saturday are available.

    Delivery charges depend on order value; a full list of charges can be found on our delivery page.

    Offshore deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands etc. are subject to earlier cut-off times. Please contact us for details.

    For deliveries further afield please contact us for an estimated cost and delivery schedule.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

    Yes, the option to request a different delivery address is given during checkout.

  • Can I track my order?

    Registered customers may track online orders by logging in to their account.

  • I think I've ordered the wrong part, can I return it?

    Goods ordered in error may be returned unless they have been manufactured to order or are part of a special order which cannot be returned to our supplier/s. If either of these apply we will make you aware of this before the order is placed.

    Goods ordered in error must be returned within 14 days in saleable condition to qualify for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.
