Product Description
Once you've placed your order online, we will send you a water sampling kit, complete with sample bottles, labels, instructions, and a questionnaire to fill in and return via Freepost.
Once received, please fill the sample bottles and complete the enclosed document before returning all items to the box and re-sealing.
Send the box back to us via the Freepost address provided.
Our technical team will test your water sample and create a report which is emailed to you with a recommendation as to which type of water filtration solution is recommended at your premises to control and specific characteristics that may need attention.
