We are continuing to respond to the impact of COVID-19

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, and national governments in Europe and around the World to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which are impacting our ability to meet our usual high standards of delivery service. Such events beyond Aqua Cure's control are not included in our quoted or published delivery times, and as a result, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Aqua Cure partner with TNT as their preferred courier service, and in order to follow the UK Government and World Health Organisation guidelines new procedures have been put into place. This is to ensure the protection of staff and customers to help reduce the risk of the Covid-19 outbreak. One of the procedures relating to social distancing rules has meant reduced staff being able to load and unload shipments at a single time.

This has lead to increased loading and unloading time causing a knock-on delay with some orders, and in some cases orders being split into different shipments and delivered at separate times. This is an unfortunate repercussion of the current global situation and is unfortunately out of our immediate control.

With this information, we are advising our customers that our delivery times cannot be guaranteed, deliveries may be in more than one delivery slot and can vary in time by up to 24 hours.
