Where’s my order?

Please refer to your email order acknowledgement to track orders over £50. Orders less than £50 will have been despatched using Royal Mail. Please note this service can take up to 10 working days and we are unable to track until this period has passed. If you have not received an order acknowledgement email then your items may not be in stock, you will have received or will receive shortly correspondence from our customer service team regarding a lead time. Please note due to the current circumstances relating to COVID19 this may take longer than usual

New, next day delivery cut off time implemented

Our dispatch is working with reduced staff to continue to provide support and products where needed. We usually provide a next working day delivery service for trade customers if you order before 15:30. To help our warehouse team we have implemented a new cut off time of 2pm each day. So in order to be eligible for next day delivery please ensure you order before this time.

 

I don’t know when my sanitiser will be available?

We are currently unable to advise lead times on certain lines of sanitiser due to demand being focused on emergency services. We understand this can be frustrating and we endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as stock becomes available. The submicron filter I am trying to order isn’t in stock are there any alternatives?

If the filter you wish to purchase is “available to order” then this means there is limited stock, you can still place your order but we can’t guarantee a delivery date, for filters with a more immediate delivery with a sub-micron rating of 0.5 to 0.2 view the Everpure Range
