Claris
The new Claris water filter system has been designed to cater for the exacting requirements of the speciality coffee and foodservice market.
For speciality coffee, a certain amount of hardness in the water used is necessary for a pleasant taste and proper extraction of flavour from the coffee bean. However, the minerals in the water can also lead to limescale which can cause serious problems for hot beverage equipment. The challenge is to find a balance between protecting your equipment and preserving the taste and aroma of your coffee.
Claris water filters were designed with this balance in mind. They feature patented DUOBLEND bypass valve technology which allows consistent and precise adjustment of carbonate hardness (alkalinity) allowing you to find the right balance and capture the desired taste whilst still protecting your equipment. The system is unaffected by pressure changes in the feed water supply and is suitable for various flow rates.
The Claris water filter family is a modular filter cartridge system, consisting of a separate multifunctional head and a combination of filter cartridges, all designed for the specific requirements of equipment in the commercial market. Thanks to its compact dimensions and sophisticated multi-valve connection head, the system can be installed and operated almost anywhere (free standing or mounted) in a vertical or horizontal position.
In short, the combination of a 5 stage filtration process (including a solid final stage carbon block filter) with the unique DUOBLEND valve makes the Claris system a new benchmark for the water filter market.

AC Range
Everpure's AC Cartridge is a cold water filter that delivers premium quality water for vending and OCS applications, providing clear, fresh water for great tasting cold beverages. The unique filter blend system inside this filter uses activated carbon to reduce chlorine taste and odour and other unwanted contaminants. The AC filter also benefits from pre-coat submicron technology which removes 98% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron in size. This filter also reduces possible health contaminants such as asbestos fibres and Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts, although it does not remove fluoride.
Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean and the filter is NSF Certified to NSF / ANSI Standards 42 and 53.

ESO6
The ESO6 Cartridge, designed for speciality coffee, espresso and ice tea applications, uses three stage blending (unique to this filter) to provide softened, buffered and filtered water. This filter utilises ion exchange resin with buffering capabilities, to prevent water from becoming too acidic, as well as high capacity coconut carbon filtration. A small amount of carbon filtered water is allowed to bypass the softening resin to allow proper initial hardness but the filter still reduces the overall hardness of water that can potentially cause minerals to build up in coffee / espresso making equipment. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium are reduced, as is chlorine taste and odour.
4H
The Everpure 4H Cartridge is designed to provide premium quality water for vending and ice machine applications. Everpure's unique filter blend uses activated carbon to reduce chlorine taste and odour and other unwanted contaminants. The proportioned scale inhibitor (engineered to feed the correct amount of scale inhibitor into each volume of water) prevents limescale from forming in equipment. Pre-coat submicron technology dramatically reduces dirt and particles down to 1/2 a micron in size although, while this particular filter does reduce potential health hazards such as asbestos fibres and Cryptosporidium / Giardia cysts, it does not remove fluoride.

i20002 Insurice
The i20002 Insurice cartridge is designed for ice machine applications. The recently improved Micro-Pure II media inside incorporates AgIONTM antimicrobial protection which inhibits any potential bacterial growth. The self contained scale inhibitor feed reduces water related ice machine problems caused by scale build up, keeping ice machines functioning at full capacity.This filter also reduces chlorine taste and odour, while pre-coat submicron technology reduces particles as small as half a micron in size.
2CB5S
The 2CB5S filter finely polishes water for use in foodservice, vending machines and office coffee applications. It also reduces limescale build up and chlorine taste / odour. Everpure are confident that this filter will deal with what they term 'problem water areas', having tested it's particle removal capabilities down to 5 microns.
BW100
Designed to produce finely polished premium quality water for drinking and cooking, the BW100 reduces chlorine taste and odour as well as removing parasitic protozoan cysts such as Giardia, Entamoeba and Cryptosporidium. This filter also inhibits scale formation, making it ideal for hard water areas. It also filters out dirt, rust, asbestos fibres and other particulates.
N.B. The contaminants and other substances removed or reduced by these drinking water systems might not always be present in your water supply. Do not use these systems with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction can be used with disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts.
